How to Create an Online Business to Make Money at Home

Many people are doing it and you can too!  You can make money with an online business.  How much?  Well, that depends on how much time you are willing to put into it, but the sky is the limit.

There are many ways to make money online with a simple web site.  You don't have to be a top notch web designer/developer to make a blog or web site on which you can market just about anything.  Here are some ideas:

1. Affiliate marketing - this is where you market other people's products.  It's brilliant because you don't have to carry any inventory, do any customer service, or get involved in payment processing.  You are paid a commission or fee for each qualified action, such as a sale.  Some great affiliate networks include:  Clickbank, LinkShare, and Commission Junction.  
2. Your own products - if you have identified a product that fills a need, then by all means market it online!  There is a buyer for every product you could possibly imagine. 
3. Write articles and content - if you enjoy writing and you are good at it, you can make money selling your articles, or writing ebooks.  There are many directories where you can find buyers for content, such as Guru.com, Textbroker.com and others.  Or, you can make your own web site and market your material there. 
4. Google Adsense - Make a blog or website with great content about any subject in which you are interested, and make money with Adsense ads.  If  you write well, this is another way to make some extra income on the side.
