Most of the e-mail systems today have a tool available that allows you to pre-set a message so that it always appears when you send an e-mail message. Keep the note friendly and make sure it gives some new information about a service or product you offer. Finish the message up with a link to your Web site or the specific offer page so that your readers can easily take advantage of your offer.

2. Send a Newsletter out. Believe it or not,, newsletter emails are still extremely popular and key to building Web site traffic. But there are systems out there who aggregate lists of email addresses for folks who have requested to receive emails on certain topics " use one of these lists and even though you may not have communicated with these folks before you can get a really good response to your campaign.

Conduct a search on your favorite search engine for email advertising and you will find many options for sending a high volume of messages to qualified prospects for a really reasonable amount of money.
