Don't Get Duped By Fake Paid Survey Sites

By Greg Shuey

Surf the Internet and you'll see a lot of paid survey sites promising great cash and prize rewards for members. Paid surveys are the new way of earning money easily through the worldwide web. It's so easy to do, you don't have to leave your home because all you need is a computer and Internet connection to get started.

Earning money through paid survey sites have become increasing popular among online dwellers. Members who sign up, called panelists, are always on the lookout for new paid survey sites to earn more. But be careful though, because you may become a victim of fake paid survey sites.

Dont be fooled.

Here are some things you might want to do before signing up:

Read carefully. Most of us just tick on the I Agree box during sign-up portion without reading carefully all thats in the site. You need to read all pertinent information present in the site to prevent future problems. Remember: read before you click

Check out customer testimonials. By reading testimonials from previous and current members, you can be assured that the survey company is legitimate.

Look for customer service hotlines. Customer service hotlines are important in every company that offers services, especially if they employ a lot of people from different parts of the globe. This will enable members to have access to a lifeline, in case they encounter mild to serious problems. If you are a legit company, you will exert every effort to make sure that nothing goes wrong in your operations, and that includes your employees output so you will certainly put up a customer service arm.

Take care not to provide your personal and financial information. When you encounter a survey company that blatantly asks for your credit card number of Social Security, get ready to click on the "back" button because it is highly probable that you are looking at a fake survey site.

Even though the Internet has brought up more convenient ways to earn cash such as free paid survey sites, you need to know that the online community is also swarming with fraudulent people who are out to prey on your vulnerability. Follow these steps; read them carefully and practice them when you are scouring the net for survey companies.
